If you want to bounce your day away and keep the kids entertained then head on out to the Canggu Club, located 15 minutes from Seminyak. Bounce Bali is one of the attractions at the club, where up to 50 kids at a time can trampoline to their hearts content, on the hour, every hour from 9 am to 9 pm. If you have teenagers and little ones three years old and above – they can all bounce along together. On Friday and Saturday nights from 5 pm (Sunday from 2 pm) there is a live DJ – so it’s all about the boogie and the bounce at the Canggu Club, and a whole lot of fun. Mum and Dad can look down on the kids at play from a balcony at they sip a cocktail at the bar.

As an option, why not try your luck at bowling – Strike Ten Pin Bowling offers up to 6 people per lane – so the whole family can roll, bowl and be happy. Strike Bowling is open until 10pm daily. The Splash Water Park is a whole lot more manageable than Waterbom, with a total of five slides and a Tarzan swing. You can swim laps while the kids try out the lazy river, racer slides or the twister slide. The beautiful thing about Splash is you can see the kids at all times from your lounger. That’s a winner.

You won’t find any lines for the four-person giant racer, the kids (and you of course) can go as many times as you like. With no lines and no waiting, you will have no complaints from the kids, and you can lie back, order a drink or sink into a good book. Eventually worn out from the Tarzan swing or the slippery pole, the kids will be ravenous and so the next highlight is the food. The kids’ menu is reasonable with $US5 fries and $US7 hot dogs and/or fish and chips, and the adult meals range around $US10 – $15. Again, you don’t have to move off your lounger, as the food service can come to you.

If you fancy taking a yoga, dance, body pump or fitness class, or swimming laps in the dedicated lap pool, but you have younger children, then you can book them into the Cubby House Kids Club with qualified supervision. There is an indoor/outdoor area with a kids’ movie theatre, a library and WII Games. A two-hour casual pass means you can dash off to do sport or try out the Temple Spa for a beauty treatment. The fitness gym has top quality equipment, and even has personal trainers on site. Another option is a massage or beauty treatment at the beautifully appointed day-spa. If you are a sports fan away from home, you will not have to miss a sporting event as you can quietly slink off to the Sports Bar and catch the latest rugby, soccer or AFL game.

The most popular day is Sunday, when many people come along for the mouth-watering Sunday roast (after 5 pm) – with succulent lamb, beef, pork or chicken on offer. Alternatively, pizza lovers may want to take on the oversized 16-slice pizza, which hardly fits on the table and feeds a small army (gluten free option available) or why not try the ever-popular Nachos Grande.

From food to slides to beauty treatments, the Canggu Club caters for all ages and makes for a great family day out.
